About the event

This gentle online gathering is for women who want to move away from self-criticism and overthinking, and begin cultivating self-compassion through inner listening.


Rather than trying to “figure yourself out,” this session offers a slower, kinder approach: learning how to listen to the body as a neutral, trustworthy companion, without pressure to interpret, decide, or fix.


✨ What this gathering is about

We’ll explore how the inner critic often becomes the loudest voice — and how turning toward bodily awareness can help soften judgment and build self-compassion from the inside out.

Through yoga-inspired somatic practices, we’ll gently reconnect with:

  • the body’s language of sensation
