Each therapy session with me typically lasts 50 minutes. However, if we delve into deeper processing techniques, we might need to extend our time together. We'll discuss and agree on this as we progress on your healing journey.

A standard therapy session costs £50 on a pay-as-you-go basis. For better value, I offer monthly plans that reduce the cost per session. If we decide to extend a session, the price will increase accordingly, and we'll discuss this when arranging the extended session.

There is no maximum or minimum amount and I don't offer set sessions, we all heal differently in different time scales. You can continue working with me for as long as you feel necessary, and when you feel your therapeutic journey with me is over we can end sessions.
