We provide online therapy services to adults via secure video platforms and collect client information solely for therapeutic and administrative purposes.

We do not request or store unnecessary information.

  • Stored in secure Google Workspace (Business)

  • Protected by encryption, passwords, and 2FA

  • Access limited to Alison Steedman only

Some files may be further encrypted or password protected when appropriate.

We retain client records for six (6) years after therapy ends, as required by insurance and professional guidelines.

 

8. Your Rights

You can:

  • Access or request a copy of your data

  • Request corrections or deletions

  • Withdraw consent (where applicable)

  • Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
