Service Description
This is my standard offering where we will explore whatever it is you need. My therapy sessions are similar to that of standard counselling, however they also include aspects of somatics (body-based work). We won’t only discuss the things you are struggling with; we will also explore the nervous system and techniques that can be used to rewire the way you respond to those things. As we journey together, your knowledge of what you feel and why you feel it will grow, and you’ll learn new ways to manage those feelings. In our sessions, I encourage you to connect with your body and its sensations, as this can reveal valuable insights into your emotional responses. We may engage in breathing exercises or gentle movements to help facilitate this connection. By understanding the interplay between your mind and body, we can unlock new pathways for healing and resilience. Throughout our time together, my goal is to create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your inner world. I am here to listen, support, and guide you as you uncover deeper layers of self-awareness. Together, we will cultivate tools that empower you to face challenges with greater confidence and grace.
